Please read these terms carefully before placing an order or using our services.
These Terms & Conditions govern all orders, services, and transactions with ISGC Packaging. By submitting an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Section 01
By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or placing an order with ISGC Packaging ("ISGC," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
If you are placing an order on behalf of a business or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. These terms apply to all customers, whether purchasing online, by phone, or by email.
ISGC reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Section 02
All quotes provided by ISGC are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Pricing is subject to change after this period due to material costs, market fluctuations, or changes in specifications.
An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of:
ISGC reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion. Minimum order quantities may apply to certain products and will be specified at the time of quoting.
Order quantities may vary by up to ±10% from the specified amount due to standard production tolerances. You will only be billed for the quantity actually delivered.
Section 03
Customers are responsible for providing print-ready artwork that meets ISGC's file specifications. Accepted file formats include PDF, AI, EPS, and high-resolution TIFF or JPEG at a minimum of 300 DPI at full print size.
By submitting artwork, you represent and warrant that:
ISGC will provide a digital proof for approval before production begins. Production will not commence until written proof approval is received. Any changes requested after proof approval may result in additional charges and extended lead times.
ISGC is not responsible for errors in color, text, or layout that were present in the approved proof. Minor color variations between digital proofs and printed output are inherent to the printing process and are not considered defects.
Section 04
Production turnaround times are estimates and begin only after all of the following have been received: confirmed order, approved artwork, and cleared payment. Turnaround times do not include shipping transit time.
Standard turnaround times vary by product type and order volume. Rush production may be available for an additional fee — contact us to confirm availability before placing your order.

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and chosen carrier. Estimated shipping costs will be provided at the time of quoting. ISGC is not responsible for carrier delays, lost shipments, or damage occurring during transit.
Risk of loss and title for all products pass to the customer upon handover to the carrier. We recommend that customers arrange appropriate shipping insurance for high-value orders.
If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, you must note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt at the time of delivery and notify ISGC within 48 hours. Failure to do so may limit our ability to file a carrier claim on your behalf.
ISGC ships to locations within the continental United States. International shipping inquiries should be directed to our sales team prior to ordering.
Section 06
Payment terms are as follows unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and company check. Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned payment fee.
Overdue balances are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% annually) on the outstanding balance. ISGC reserves the right to place accounts on hold and suspend production for outstanding invoices.
Section 07
ISGC is committed to delivering products that meet the specifications outlined in your approved proof. All products undergo quality inspection before shipment.
If you receive products that do not conform to your approved specifications, please contact us within 10 business days of delivery with written documentation of the issue, including photographs. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for remedy.
ISGC's sole obligation in the event of a verified manufacturing defect is, at our discretion, to reprint the defective portion of the order or issue a credit toward a future order. We do not accept returns of custom-manufactured products for reasons other than verified manufacturing defects.
Section 08
Because all ISGC products are custom-manufactured to your specifications, we do not accept returns except in cases of verified manufacturing defects as described in Section 7.

Section 09
All content on the ISGC website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of ISGC Packaging or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
Customers retain ownership of their own artwork and brand materials. By submitting artwork to ISGC, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to reproduce that artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
ISGC may use photos of completed customer projects for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the customer provides written notice requesting otherwise at the time of ordering.
Section 10
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ISGC's total liability to any customer for any claim arising out of or related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall ISGC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
ISGC is not responsible for indirect losses resulting from packaging defects, including product damage, loss of sales, or business interruption.
Section 11
ISGC collects and uses customer information solely for the purpose of processing orders, communicating about your account, and improving our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Customer data is stored securely and retained for the period necessary to fulfill legal and business obligations. For full details on how we handle your data, please contact us directly.
Section 12
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dallas County, Texas. Both parties consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
