Step 03
Design Your Artwork
The dieline includes front, back, two sides, lid tuck flaps, auto-lock bottom panels, and a glue tab. All panels print in one pass. The crash lock bottom has special slots for assembly.
✦ Keep key branding 8 mm from fold lines. The auto-lock bottom panels typically print solid color or minimal graphics.

Pick Your Finish
Choose Matte, Gloss, or Aqueous coating. For ecommerce, matte or aqueous works best — scuff-resistant and recyclable. Add Spot UV for logos if needed.
